CONTRIBUTE

Help make LibreTT Desktop better.

Help improve the desktop tournament application. You do not need to be a developer: tournament experience, clear bug reports, translations and better documentation all help.

Test it at the table

Try a realistic tournament workflow: register players, build a draw, record scores and check standings. Use a backup and a parallel record for an early-beta event. Share what was confusing and what you expected to happen.

Report a bug

Include the application or plugin version, OS or WordPress environment, exact steps, expected behavior and actual behavior. Use synthetic or anonymized player data. Screenshots help when they do not reveal private details.

Improve words and workflows

Help with English and Serbian documentation, UI translations, tournament rules and examples. Concrete valid, invalid and edge cases help define rules before they become code.

Contribute code

Read the project documentation, describe the problem and proposed behavior, then discuss a focused change. Follow the development setup and checks in the relevant repository. Include verification and update affected documentation.

Start with the desktop application.

This website focuses on LibreTT Desktop. Use the desktop repository for tournament workflows, scoring, installation, bug reports and feature proposals.

Related LibreTT projects.

You can also contribute to the separate WordPress competition plugin or Player Registry. Registry public profiles and Desktop imports are still planned. Keep proposals in the repository responsible for the change.

Keep contributions useful and safe.

Keep changes focused, label planned features clearly, and explain how you checked the result. Contributions must be compatible with AGPL-3.0-or-later and retain attribution. Send vulnerability details privately; never attach real player databases, backups or credentials to public issues.
